Let's take you through our process
Meet & Greet
First we'll get to know you and understand the overall energy profile of the facility.
This will help us to identify where the potential areas of energy efficiency and sustainability management could be.
Energy Audit
We’ll then schedule a preliminary walkthrough;
an on-site visit(s) for the team to conduct a detailed energy audit, and/or a pre-implementation thorough analysis. The results of our audit will identify specific opportunities for energy conservation measures (ECM).
Implementation
After a detailed data analysis is done, Witility’s team will design a detailed proposal.
It will help us to have an efficiency upgrade retrofit project with guaranteed energy savings based on the various business models with regards to financing that can be applicable. The proposal report will include a detailed list of ECMs, recommendations based on priority, a detailed financial breakdown of the costs and savings and recommendations on investment and decision criteria.
Following approval and sign off, the project is assigned to our project management team who acts as the single point of contact for all project enquiries.
The Head of Engineering will facilitate a kick off meeting with the client whereby the project management plan, schedule of works and communication channels are agreed to by all parties.
The project works are carried out including installation and commissioning.
Energy Monitoring & Optimization
After commissioning, an energy specialist would conduct the Measurement & Verification process to validate actual savings vs proposed savings.
The team will prepare an Actual Savings Report upon practical completion of the project. Handover documentation and post-installation review is presented to facility management and executive management.
The team works with you to optimize the facility to address your shifting load and consumptions patterns.
