Energy Advisory
As the first step in the Witility energy program, the energy advisory phase aims at identifying the highest value improvements that will take full advantage of energy savings benefits while providing superior financial results.
An energy Audit will be conducted to show how a facility consumes energy, benchmark it to its peers in the industry and where it is necessary to intervene to improve its use. We only make recommendations that we know from experience that will yield significant benefits to your business.
Energy Audit: Auditing, strategy and planning
At Witility, our team has a proven track record of performing detailed surveys and audits to identify cost effective energy saving opportunities that employ today’s best available technologies. Our Audits are customized to meet the specific needs of your operation.
Our team of experts includes Certified Energy Managers and measurement & verification professionals (AEE CEM, CMVP) and certified green building energy professionals (LEED and BREAM). All Audits are performed in accordance with ASHRAE and ISO 500002 international standards.

Energy-as-a-Service
This segment will manage the execution of the proposal including the commissioning of Energy Efficiency Measures from start to finish.
Our multi competency team will design and project manage the installation and commissioning of all the recommendations necessary to achieve the energy efficiency level required for the guaranteed savings, which are delivered through performance-based energy efficiency projects. Our teams will also support you with identifying the right commercial model to fit your business.
Energy-as-a-Service:
Witility’s experts, along with its EPC Al Fayhaa and accredited partners, will ensure that the transition from strategic recommendations and EEMs to implementation is efficient and cost effective.
We will work with you to identify and deploy the most suitable financial model to implement your energy efficiency program. We make use of a number of Energy Savings Performance Contracting (EPSC) models to suit different requirements. We will provide leadership and guidance throughout the complete life cycle of the project; engineering, design, procurement, implementation, testing and commissioning.
From implementing immediate low-cost measures, such as rectifying inefficient start-ups and shut down cycles of equipment, selecting the ideal energy optimization plans, to the installation of renewable energy systems Witility’s team of Energy experts will be on hand throughout the whole process.

Measurement and Verification
Witility will measure and verify the savings at project end, presenting the results in an Actual Savings Report. We can also support you with the long-term continuous improvement of your facility – optimizing the service as your facility energy profile evolves.
This phase enables Witility to validate our savings, guarantee, and develop a longstanding and mutually beneficial engagement with our clients.
Measurement, Verification & Optimization:
The Measurement & Verification (M&V) process enables Witility to validate project savings and develop a longstanding mutually beneficial engagement with clients. M&V is a crucial phase to establish the credibility of the energy efficiency benefits and build confidence in the performance of the energy efficiency program.
Our M&V experts work closely with your facility management team to enable continuous commissioning and recommissioning. This is a crucial element that allows us and the customer to track the Energy Conservation Measures deployed during implementation in line with the conditions stated in the Energy Savings Performance Contract.

Strategic Consulting
A team of highly qualified in-house engineers will ensure that the client's objectives and energy concerns are identified and understood.
This process includes the collection of required data regarding the site energy consumption and assisting in the site selection process where the renewable energy system will be located.
After the consultation phase, the Project Management and EPC team, through our extensive network of well-established manufacturers and suppliers, will design and propose an optimal solution by choosing the most appropriate technology. In addition, the proposal will include the system costs, return on investment and pay-back period.
Project Management and EPC
Once the proposal is approved, the team will develop a project execution plan and will construct and commission the system and guarantee the successful completion of the project on time and within budget.
Operation & Maintenance
As a long-term partner, our relationship with the client doesn’t stop at handing over the renewable energy system.
We offer an after sale professional in-house technical and engineering support, including a web-based portal to navigate through the different performance parameters of the installed system. Not only does this help to maximize energy generation but also helps lower operational costs by avoiding any expensive failures.
